Set up Video Wall.
Two parts: install Video Wall on your Apple TV to get a pairing code, then connect your Ring account from the Ring app on your phone. Takes a few minutes.
Requires the Video Wall app in the Ring App Store→Get the app on Apple TV.
Install Video Wall from the Apple TV App Store, then open it to get your pairing code. The app is free to download.
Open the App Store on Apple TV.
On your Apple TV home screen, select the App Store icon to open it.

Search Video Wall.
Go to the Search tab and type Video Wall. Select Video Wall for Apple TV in the results.
Open the app's page.
Select Video Wall for Apple TV to open its App Store page, where you'll find the download button.

Select Get.
Select Get to download the app. It's free — your subscription is handled later in the Ring app.
Open Video Wall.
Once it finishes installing, find Video Wall on your home screen and select it to open.

Find your pairing code.
Video Wall shows an 8-character pairing code. Leave this screen up — you'll enter the code in the Ring app next.
Pair from the Ring app.
With the pairing code still on your Apple TV, open the Ring app on your phone to connect your account and enter the code.
Open the Ring app.
On your phone, tap the Ring app to open it.
Tap the menu icon.
On the Ring home screen, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner.
Tap Apps.
From the menu, tap Apps in the sidebar.
Tap Explore Ring Appstore.
On the My apps screen, tap the Explore Ring Appstore button.
Search Video Wall.
Type Video Wall in the search bar. Tap Connect App on the Video Wall for Apple TV result.
Prefer to read about it on the web first? See the listing on Ring’s App Store.
Tap Connect App.
Review the app description, then tap Connect App at the bottom.
Agree and Continue.
Read the data sharing screen, then tap Agree and Continue.
Pick your cameras.
Choose the cameras you want on Apple TV. Tap Continue.
Tap Video Wall (Pending).
You'll land back on My apps. Tap the Video Wall entry marked Pending.
Tap Sign in.
On the Video Wall page, tap Sign in to complete app setup.
Enter the pairing code.
Type the 8-character code shown on your Apple TV, then tap Pair Apple TV.
You're paired.
Your cameras are loading on Apple TV. You can close this page.
Turn on 24/7 recording.
Continuous recording gives the smoothest live feed on Apple TV. Available on Pro, Power Pro, and Plug-in cameras only — on battery cameras it will reduce battery life.
Open Device Settings.
In the Ring app, open the camera you want to record continuously, then tap Device Settings.
Tap Video Settings.
Tap Video Settings from the list.
Tap Recording Mode.
Recording Mode is set to Motion by default. Tap it to change.
Choose 24/7 Recording.
Select 24/7 Recording from the recording options.
Confirm and continue.
Read the heads-up about local laws and audio. Tap Continue to confirm.
All set.
Recording Mode now reads 24/7 Recording. Repeat for any other camera you want continuously recorded.
Auto-Cycle.
Every camera full screen, one at a time — the TV switches for you. Auto-Cycle is available when you have two or more cameras. Wired cameras play live; battery cameras show their latest snapshot to save power.
Start it.
From the camera grid, select the play button in the sidebar.
Drive it from the remote.
Play/Pause pauses and resumes. The left and right arrows switch cameras. Menu exits back to the grid.
Set the time on each camera.
On your Apple TV, open Settings → Auto-Cycle. Select Minutes or Seconds and pick a value — each camera stays on screen that long. 10 seconds by default.
Choose which cameras join.
On the same screen, under Cameras in Auto-Cycle, select a camera to check or uncheck it. New cameras join automatically; offline cameras are skipped until they're back.
With one camera the play button stays hidden — there's nothing to cycle through. Needs app version 1.7.2 or later. If the sidebar is hidden, press Menu to bring it back.
Add another Apple TV.
Already paired one Apple TV? Adding another takes about a minute and doesn't touch your Ring connection — your subscription and camera permissions stay intact.
Install Video Wall on the new Apple TV.
If you're signed in with the same Apple ID, it should auto-install. Otherwise grab it from the App Store on the new TV.
Open Video Wall on the new TV.
It'll show an 8-character pairing code. Leave that screen up.
On the already-paired TV, open Settings.
Scroll to Pair another Apple TV. The TV will display a QR code.
Scan with your phone, then enter the new TV's code.
The link opens videowalllive.com already authenticated. Type the 8-character code from the new TV — cameras load in about 5 seconds.
Each TV is independent. Sign out on one, the others keep working. Pairing-code QRs expire after 15 minutes — if yours times out, just open Settings → Pair another Apple TV again.
Camera not loading?
A camera showing a black screen while the others work is almost always set to 2K. A recent Ring update affects live streaming for 2K feeds — switching that camera to 1080p brings it right back.
Open the Ring app.
On your phone, open the Ring app.
Open the camera that isn't loading.
Tap the camera showing a black screen.
Open Video Settings.
Tap the settings gear, then Video Settings.
Find Video Resolution.
It may be labeled Video Resolution, 2K Video, or Ultra HD.
Set it to 1080p.
Switch the resolution from 2K down to 1080p.
Reopen Video Wall.
Back on your Apple TV, the live feed returns within a few seconds.
Mostly affects Floodlight Cam Pro and other 2K cameras. We've reported it to Ring and are tracking a permanent fix — on a TV, 1080p and 2K look nearly identical, so you won't lose noticeable quality.
Need to enter your code again?
Once your Ring account is connected, the Ring app won't show the code-entry screen again. To pair a TV after that — or if you closed the Ring app partway through — open videowalllive.com/pair on your phone instead. Enter the same email you use for your Ring account and we'll email you a pairing link. Open it, then on your Apple TV open Video Wall Live so it shows the 8-character code, type the code, and tap Pair Apple TV.
Go to PairingUse the same email as your Ring account — that's how we match your cameras. The pairing link works for 30 minutes; if yours expired, open the page again for a fresh one.
Remove or cancel.
In your Ring account, go to Apps and select Video Wall Live under My Apps. From there you can remove the app and manage or cancel your subscription.
Billing runs through Ring, so both removal and cancellation happen in your Ring account — not in the app on your Apple TV.
