What it costs

Each camera you add to the wall is its own add-on on your Ring plan.

You pay for the cameras you connect, not the ones you own. Ten Ring cameras at home and only one you want on the wall is one add-on — the other nine cost nothing and stay untouched in your Ring account. Adding and removing cameras is how you change that count.

What you also need

An active Ring Protect plan on your Ring account. That’s Ring’s own subscription, not ours, and it’s the part that lets Ring share your camera feeds with an app like ours. Without it there’s nothing for Video Wall to show — so if you don’t already have one, budget for both.

The free trial

Every camera starts with a 30-day free trial. At the end of it the add-on continues as a paid subscription unless you cancel first, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

A $1 charge during the trial isn’t a charge — it’s a temporary card authorization from Ring that drops off within a few days. Billing & refunds explains it, including why you might see several.

How you're billed

The plan is managed through Ring as an add-on, charged to the card you already have on file there. You subscribe, change and cancel it in your Ring account rather than on the TV.

On your statement it reads Video Wall Live — one line per camera. Managing your subscription and how to cancel are both in the help center.

Where it's available

Video Wall is available in the United States for now. It’s sold as an add-on in the Ring App Store, which Ring currently offers to US Ring accounts — Ring is opening the store in more countries, and Video Wall will be available in each as it lands.
