Apple TV

  1. On your Apple TV, open the App Store.
  2. Search for Video Wall and open its page.
  3. Scroll to Ratings & Reviews and pick your stars with the remote.

Our App Store listing is Apple TV-only, so it can't be rated from a phone — this one happens on the TV.

Fire TV

  1. Open the Amazon listing below.
  2. Sign in with the Amazon account your Fire TV uses.
  3. Pick your stars. Writing anything is optional.

Google TV

  1. Open the Google Play listing below.
  2. Sign in with the Google account your TV uses.
  3. Tap the stars under Rate this app.

Roku

  1. On your Roku, open the Channel Store.
  2. Find Video Wall Live for Ring and open its details page.
  3. Choose the rating option on that screen.

Roku takes ratings on the device. Its web store shows the score but has no way to leave one.

Something not working the way it should? Contact support — we’d rather fix it than have you work around it. Ratings are per store, so one on Fire TV doesn’t show on Apple TV.
