Delete your account
Deleting permanently removes everything we store for your account: every paired TV (they all sign out), our copy of your Ring authorization, and your email address and reminder history.
This doesn’t cancel your subscription. Your plan is managed by Ring, so deleting your data here leaves it running — and billing with it. Each camera is its own add-on under Billing → Manage or Cancel Plan in your Ring account — cancel your subscription walks through it. Do that first if you want the charges to stop.
Open Settings → Delete Account on the TV.
In Video Wall, open Settings from the left sidebar and select Delete Account (on Apple TV it’s under Account). The screen lists exactly what gets removed before you commit to anything.
Select Delete Account, then confirm.
A confirmation asks once more. Choose Delete to go ahead, or Cancel to back out — nothing is removed until you confirm.
This can’t be undone, and every paired TV signs out. You can use Video Wall again later by relinking your Ring account and pairing the TV again.
What we never had: your camera footage. Video streams and recordings live with Ring, not with us — see our privacy policy for what we do and don’t store.
Still stuck? Tell us which TV and camera you’re on — we usually reply within a day.
