Pairing your TV
Setting up your first TV doesn’t need this page — the Ring App Store flow ends on the code-entry screen by itself, with no email. This page is for the two other cases: you closed that screen, or you’re adding another TV.
Setting up Video Wall for the first time
Open Video Wall on the TV.
It shows an 8-character code. Leave the screen up.
Scan the QR code and tap Start Free Trial.
It opens the Video Wall Live listing in the Ring App Store.
Agree, then pick your cameras.
Choose the cameras you want on this TV and tap Continue.
Type the code and tap Pair TV.
That flow ends here on its own — no email involved.
You're paired.
The TV runs a short tour, then your wall lights up.

Never entered the code?
You closed the page, or it timed out — the only case where an email comes in.
Open videowalllive.com/pair and enter your Ring email.
It has to be the same email as your Ring account — that’s how we find your cameras. Tap Email me my pairing link.
If it matches your Ring account you’ll see this — now open your inbox.
Open the link in the email.
Tap Pair My TV. The link lasts 30 minutes.
Enter the code from your TV.
Type the 8-character code and tap Pair TV.
You're paired.
Your cameras load on the TV. You can close the page.
Adding another TV
Up to 10 TVs on one Ring account, in any mix of platforms.
On the TV you've already set up, open Settings.
Select Pair Device.
Scan the QR code with your phone.
Or type the link shown under it. Either way it works for 15 minutes.
Enter the code from the new TV.
Install Video Wall on the new TV and open it: it shows its own 8-character code. Type that code on your phone and tap Pair TV.
You're paired.
Your cameras load on the new TV. You can close the page.
No email step at all — the QR opens already signed in. Add or remove a TV covers removing one.
