Past incidents
Streams and snapshots for Roku were unreachable for about five hours after a memory spike wedged the relay’s network stack. Apple TV, Fire TV, Google TV and the web app were unaffected. Since then the relay reboots itself automatically and pages us within minutes if anything similar recurs.
When Ring’s own platform has an incident, we say so here and on the affected rows — and if something looks wrong that this page doesn’t show, tell us.
