Subscription & pricing

Video Wall is $1.99/month per camera — and the plan is managed through Ring, as an add-on on your Ring plan. You subscribe, change it and cancel it in your Ring account, not on the TV. This page is about managing a plan you have; pricing covers what it costs before you start.

The price is per camera, not per TV. Each camera you put on the wall is its own $1.99/month add-on. Your TVs are free — one Ring account covers up to 10 of them, and adding a second or third TV costs nothing extra.

Why it's per camera

We’d rather offer a flat rate, or at least a cap for people with a lot of cameras. The Ring App Store currently only supports one pricing model for partner apps — a monthly subscription per device — so that’s what we can offer today.

We expect to add other options as Ring’s platform allows them. In the meantime you only pay for the cameras you actually put on the wall: connect three cameras and you pay for three, whatever else is on your Ring account. Adding and removing cameras is how you change that count.

The free trial

Every camera starts with a 30-day free trial. At the end of it, the add-on continues as a paid subscription unless you cancel — so if you don’t want to keep it, cancel before the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

A $1 charge during the trial isn’t a charge. It’s a temporary card authorization from Ring, and it drops off within a few days — billing & refunds explains it, including why you might see several.

Where it's available

Video Wall is available in the United States for now. The add-on lives in the Ring App Store, and Ring currently offers that store to US Ring accounts — so a Ring account registered elsewhere can’t start the trial or subscribe yet, whichever TV it’s on.

Ring is opening the Ring App Store in more countries, and Video Wall will be available in each as it lands. Nothing changes on your side when it does — you connect the app in the Ring app and pair your TV the same way.

Where to check your plan

Your Ring plans page lists every Video Wall add-on by camera name, with its price and next billing date. That’s the authoritative view — anything the TV shows is a reflection of it.
