Hide or show cameras

Declutter the wall without removing anything: a hidden camera stays connected, it just doesn’t take a tile until you show it again. It’s also the quickest fix when the whole wall is struggling — every tile is a stream the device decodes at the same time, and low-power streamers run out well before you do.

On your TV

Open Settings → Cameras on the TV.

In Video Wall, open Settings from the left sidebar, then select Cameras.

Select a camera to toggle it.

Highlight the camera and press Select on your remote. A check means visible; no check means hidden. Here all three cameras are on the wall:

The counter confirms it.

Uncheck a camera and it leaves the grid right away — the line under the list keeps count. Here Garage Camera is hidden, so it reads 2 of 3 cameras visible:
Hiding is per-TV and fully reversible — the camera stays connected to Video Wall. To take a camera off the app entirely, use add or remove cameras in the Ring app instead.

In a web browser

The eye toggle.

In the web app, open Settings → Cameras and click the eye next to a camera — slashed means hidden. Same rules: per-screen, reversible, never disconnects.
