Turn it off and we don’t load it at all — the script simply never runs.

Common questions

Most setup and how-to questions are answered in the help section. If your question isn't there, contact support and we'll pick it up.

  • Setup guide — how to pair your TV with Ring.
  • FAQ — answers about cameras, subscriptions, privacy, and compatibility.

When you write in

To get a fast answer, tell us:

  • What TV you have (Apple TV HD or 4K, or which Fire TV model).
  • The tvOS version (Settings → System → About).
  • Which Ring cameras are affected and any error message you saw on the TV.
  • Roughly when the issue started.

Service status

Camera streams flow from Ring's infrastructure directly to your TV. If multiple cameras stop working at once, it's usually a Ring service incident — check status.ring.com first.
