The survey is open to everyone
Anyone can take the survey — whether you subscribe, are on a free trial, never finished setting Video Wall up, or stopped using it. The free month described below is a thank-you for paid subscribers; everyone else's feedback is just as welcome, and just as carefully read.
The offer
If you're a paid subscriber when you complete the survey, we'll refund one month of your Video Wall subscription — the monthly charge for the billing period in which you complete it. The refund is issued to the payment method your subscription is billed to.
Who gets the free month
Customers with an active paid Video Wall subscription at the time they complete the survey, verified against the Ring account matching the email you enter. Free trials, lapsed subscriptions, and accounts without a paid subscription don't qualify for the refund — the survey itself is still open to them. Note that the check happens when you start the survey: if your trial converts later, that doesn't retroactively earn a refund.
One per customer
The survey can be completed once per email address, and the offer is limited to one free month per customer and per Ring account, regardless of how many TVs, cameras, or subscriptions the account holds. Repeat submissions don't earn additional refunds.
How and when the refund arrives
Refunds are processed by our team, typically within 5 business days of completing the survey. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Your subscription itself is unchanged — it continues (and renews) as normal.
Good-faith responses
The survey must be completed by the account holder, in good faith. We may withhold the refund for automated, duplicate, or plainly bad-faith submissions, or where we suspect fraud or abuse.
Changes to the offer
This is a limited-time promotion. We may modify or end it at any time without notice; surveys completed while the offer was live will still be honored. Where a refund can't be processed for reasons outside our control, we may provide the free month another way (such as a credit).
