Offer terms
- Sponsor. This promotion (the “Offer”) is run by Video Wall Live (“we”), the developer of the Video Wall Live app. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Ring LLC, Amazon.com, Inc. or PayPal, Inc.
- Who qualifies. New Video Wall Live subscribers aged 18 or over whose free trial starts between 12:00 a.m. on November 2, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. on November 30, 2026, Eastern time, measured by when the Ring account was first linked to Video Wall Live. Accounts linked before November 2, 2026, re-linked accounts, and accounts that have previously held a Video Wall Live trial or subscription do not qualify.
- What you get. A one-time refund equal to your second month: the first recurring charge Ring bills for Video Wall Live after your 30-day free trial, for every camera billed in that charge, up to a maximum of $100. No other amounts (later months, taxes, fees, Ring Protect or other Ring charges) are refunded.
- How to register. Submit the form on this page with the email on your Ring account and your PayPal email, any time after your account is linked and no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern on January 31, 2027. Registrations by email, phone or any other route are not valid.
- Verification and timing. We confirm the trial start date against our records and watch for the second-month charge in the subscription data Ring makes available to the app, checking daily. The refund is sent within 3 business days of that charge appearing. Your Video Wall Live subscription must be active and in good standing at that time; a trial cancelled before the charge has nothing to refund, and a registration with no paid subscription 45 days after the link lapses. Charges that are later disputed, charged back, cancelled or refunded by Ring void the claim, and we may ask you to return a refund already paid.
- Payment. Refunds are paid by PayPal to the PayPal email you give us, in US dollars. You need a PayPal account that can receive payments; PayPal’s own terms and any PayPal fees apply. No cash, gift card or other alternative is offered.
- Limits. One claim per Ring account, per person and per household. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, credit or discount and has no cash value until paid.
- Your subscription. Nothing about your subscription changes. It continues at $1.99/month per camera, billed by Ring, until you cancel in the Ring app. Cancelling does not affect a refund already verified.
- Abuse. Claims that are fraudulent, duplicated, automated, made with false information, or that we reasonably believe abuse the Offer are void. We may refuse or recover any payment made on such a claim.
- Changes. We may change, suspend or end the Offer at any time for trials that have not yet started, by updating this page. Claims that already qualify will be honored.
- Taxes and law. You are responsible for any taxes on a refund. Void where prohibited by law. The Offer is governed by our Terms of Service and the laws of the State of New York; the Terms control if they conflict with this page. Privacy: the emails you submit are used only to verify and pay the claim, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Trademarks. Ring is a trademark of Ring LLC; Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.; PayPal is a trademark of PayPal, Inc. Video Wall Live is a third-party app and is not affiliated with any of them.

What exactly do I get?
Your second month back, by PayPal. Month one is your free trial. Month two, Ring charges $1.99/month per camera, and we refund it in full. For example, with 10 cameras your second month is $19.90, so you get $19.90 back.
Is there a code to enter?
No. Start your trial between November 2–30, 2026 and you’re in. The start date is what qualifies you.
When does the refund arrive?
Ring bills your second month about 30 days after you start. Within 3 business days of that charge we send the full amount to your PayPal and email you. Register any time before January 31, 2027; registering early is fine, we check the charge ourselves.
I already subscribe. Does this apply to me?
This one is for new subscriptions. Thank you for being here already; if you ever pair a second home on a new Ring account during the window, that counts.
Why a refund instead of a lower price?
Video Wall is sold in the Ring Appstore and Ring handles the billing, so there’s no coupon box and no way for us to change your price for a week. Refunding your second month ourselves is the one thing we can do.
