Enter the email on your Ring account. We’ll send you a link to confirm — nothing is deleted until you do.

What gets deleted

Your Ring connection to Video Wall (access is revoked)
Every paired TV’s sign-in — they return to the pairing screen
Your email and contact record, and your subscription status with us

What is not affected

Your Ring account, your cameras, and your recorded videos. Those live with Ring, not with us — we never store your video. Deleting here does not cancel Ring Protect. If you subscribed to Video Wall through the Ring app, cancel it there as well.

Already have a TV signed in? You can delete from the app instead: Settings → Account → Delete account. Need help? Contact support
